Located in between Cairns and Port Douglas.

The Gatz Balancing Rocks 

Rock stacking has carried spiritual meaning across cultures for centuries. The act of balancing stones carries with it a practice of patience and a physical effort of creating balance. Each rock can signify an intention of grace for thankfulness, or offered up for another in need.

Thala Beach Nature Reserve has around 650-700  completely organic tree coconut plantation. 

It is home to a unique coconut odyssey tour highlighting the extraordinary qualities of the 'tree of life'. 

Wild crocodile spotting

Successful spotting depends on many factors, low tide is usually better as there more beaches and less water to hide in. The weather plays a part, crocs are happy when they are warm so if the water is cold they get out, if the water or the sun is very warm, they stay in but are more active.

These days, the Village is an unspoilt oasis in the midst of some of the most unique and breathtaking scenery in Tropical North Queensland, and is a great jumping off point for many of the experiences you can have in the Daintree National Park and rainforest.

Mossman George Smoking Ceremony and rainforest walk

Nestled in the World Heritage Listed Daintree Rainforest, Mossman Gorge contains the oldest, continuously surviving rainforest on earth. Just one hectare of the 120,000-hectare forest can contain over 30,000 species of plants and animals. Considered by many to be the evolutionary cradle for much of Australia’s plant and wildlife species, the forest has managed survive for over 135 million years and, with the right protection, is expected to thrive for generations to come. 

Port Douglas Sunset paradise

A town on the Coral Sea in the tropical far north of Queensland, Australia. It's known for its beach resorts and as a base for visits to both the Great Barrier Reef, the world's largest reef system, and Daintree National Park.  

The main Macrossan Street is lined with boutique shops and restaurants. Curving south is popular Four Mile Beach. Sunset at Port Douglas Rex Smeal Park around 6ish.
